The Fresnel lens gives a nice tight beam for shaping light, and the included case makes packing up between shoots a breeze. Battery power runs longer than I expected, which saved me on a location job last week.

NANLUX 12M DC Connection Cable for Evoke 2400B

I was surprised by how much more control this grid gives over the light spill — makes the beam much tighter and more directional. The fabric feels sturdy enough for regular studio use, though the velcro could be a bit stronger for my liking.

NANLUX Eggcrate for TK-280B/TK-450

Used this for a behind-the-scenes documentary shoot with a 9-person crew, and the full-duplex clarity was a lifesaver for coordinating across three rooms. The hub setup was easy to configure, and I noticed the ENC really cut down our background noise during a busy location scene. Everyone heard each other clearly with zero lag, which made the entire production run smoother.

Hollyland Solidcom C1 Pro-Hub8S ENC 9-Person Full-Duplex Wireless Intercom System with Hub (1.9 GHz)

Finally got to test it recording a conversation with a friend and the rear ambient capsule picked up both sides perfectly, while the forward shotgun kept the dialogue clean. The build feels solid for such a small mic, and it fit right into my camera’s cold shoe without any adapters. Really happy with how natural the audio sounds in post.
