Finally, a wide cine lens that holds sharpness across the entire frame even at T1.9. The focus ring has just the right amount of resistance for pulling focus smoothly.

I was worried about distortion with a 16mm cine lens, but the T1.9 aperture keeps everything sharp even wide open, and the full-frame coverage is spot on my Sony.

The 16mm T1.9 is a dream on my E-mount body—the manual aperture ring clicks with just the right tension, and the full-frame coverage stays sharp even wide open. I shot a whole night scene at T1.9 and the bokeh just melts beautifully. It's become my go-to for run-and-gun cinematic work.
