Finally got around to mounting my field monitor with this arm and the single-knob lock is so much easier to adjust than the two-knob style I used before. Holds position perfectly even with a heavier light attached.

I was skeptical about a 9.5-inch arm holding my monitor steady, but that single-knob lock cinches down tight enough to keep everything rock-solid even when I swing the rig around. The length gives me just the right reach off my cage without sagging, and it takes about two seconds to reposition.

The single-knob lock is genius—one turn and my monitor stays rock-solid at whatever angle I throw at it. I've used it on both my cage and a C-stand for lighting, and it hasn't slipped once in three weeks of daily shooting.
