A pair of 15mm carbon fiber rods, 30cm (12 inch) long. 15mm is the standard rod diameter for mirrorless and small cinema rigs, so these fit any 15mm baseplate, rod clamp, matte box or follow focus in that ecosystem.
Carbon fiber instead of aluminium means less weight on the shoulder or the gimbal for the same length. 30cm is the middle length. It is long enough to hang a matte box and a follow focus in front of the lens, short enough that it does not stick out past a compact prime.
