The PortKeys LEYE is a 2.4" LCD electronic viewfinder with both 3G-SDI and HDMI inputs. It mounts to a rig and gives the operator a proper eyepiece view. It is the alternative to squinting at a screen in bright sunlight, or to working off a cinema camera that ships without an EVF.
Two inputs (SDI + HDMI) make it more universally useful than HDMI-only EVFs: it'll work with cinema cameras that only output SDI as well as mirrorless cameras on HDMI. LCD panel, so it's lighter and cheaper than OLED EVFs, with the trade-offs you'd expect on contrast.
Use it on rigged cinema setups where the camera doesn't have its own EVF, or on documentary shoots where you need an eyepiece for stability and sun. Available from Filmgear Canada with Canada-wide shipping.
