Category: Grip & Rigging

The Nanlite Quick-Release Super Clamp is a heavy-duty clamp with a quick-release mounting point, designed to grip pipe, truss, and bar diameters typical on grip stands and lighting rigs. It is rated for the Nanlite Forza, FC, Alien, and PavoSlim fixtures.

Used when a fixture needs to be flown off pipe, truss, or a horizontal arm instead of a standard light stand. Available from Filmgear Canada, with Canada-wide shipping.

Hazel B. ★★★★★

Finally a clamp that actually stays put on a truss without creeping. The locking teeth grip the pipe so tight I don't worry about my light slipping mid-shot, and the quick-release makes repositioning a one-second job.

Joshua T. ★★★★★

The quick-release lever is a game changer when you’re swapping lights between stands on a busy set. It grips the truss bar solidly without any wobble, and the release feels snappy and secure every time.

Scarlett ★★★★★

Finally, a clamp that actually locks onto odd-shaped truss without slipping—the quick-release is a game-changer when you're swapping lights mid-shoot. The rubber grip pad holds my PavoSlim firmly even at a steep angle.
