The Hollyland Solidcom M1 (8 beltpacks) is the larger configuration of the Solidcom M1 beltpack-and-base-station platform. It uses a 1.9 GHz wireless link, a base station with 2-wire / 4-wire / LAN-PoE / cascade interfaces, and professional LEMO headsets on each beltpack. Sized for full live events, churches, concerts, exhibitions, and venue crews that already know they need eight talk positions.

Why pick M1 over C1 or C1 Pro?

M1 is the right call when you need beltpacks (so each operator wears any headset they like), department groups, and a base station you can hardwire into an existing venue intercom. C1 and C1 Pro are lighter, headset-only systems with no beltpack on each operator.

Can the base station integrate with our existing wired intercom?

Yes. The M1 base has 2-wire XLR, 4-wire RJ45, LAN/PoE, and cascade ports, so it can sit alongside Clear-Com / RTS / similar systems and bridge groups together.

Do all 8 beltpacks have to be in the same group?

No. M1 supports up to 3 talk groups so you can split the team. For example: camera, lighting, production. Set them from the base station, app, or webpage.
