DZOFilm Arles FF/VV Prime Cine 5-Lens B Kit 14/21/40/135/180mm (ARRI PL)

The DZOFilm Arles 5-lens kit combines 14mm T1.9, 21mm T1.4, 40mm T1.4, 135mm T1.8, 180mm T2.4 full-frame and Vista Vision cinema primes in one matched ARRI PL package. Available from Filmgear Canada for Canadian cinema, commercial, documentary, rental, education, and owner-operator productions.

Product Overview

This set covers a deliberate span of the Arles family while keeping a 46.5mm image circle, 95mm front outside diameter, 0.8 MOD gears, 270-degree focus rotation, and a 16-blade iris across the included focal lengths. Shared mechanics reduce rig adjustments during lens changes, while the selected 5-lens combination determines whether the package emphasizes a complete range, a common narrative core, or the complementary wide-and-long B set. Each lens remains a manual cinema prime and should be balanced and supported for the camera package in use.

Key Features

5 Matched Arles Focal Lengths

The kit includes 14mm T1.9, 21mm T1.4, 40mm T1.4, 135mm T1.8, 180mm T2.4 as listed in the current product configuration.

46.5mm VV and Full-Frame Coverage

Every included Arles prime uses the 46.5mm image circle specified for the family.

Shared 95mm Cinema Housing

Matched front diameter, gear pitch, and focus rotation reduce follow-focus and matte-box changes between lenses.

How It Compares

Choose this 5-lens configuration when its focal-length spread matches the production plan. A five-lens core kit costs less and travels smaller, while the eight- or ten-lens set reduces focal-length gaps for rental and multi-camera work.

Compatible Accessories and Related Gear

DZOFilm Arles 35mm and DZOFilm Arles 50mm. Check the exact mount, sensor format, lens support, matte box, follow-focus position, and camera clearance before the shoot.

Who Is This For?

This 5-lens Arles package is for rental houses, narrative and commercial crews, film schools, and owner-operators who need several matched focal lengths ready for one production.

Who Should Choose Something Else?

Choose a smaller Arles set when transport, budget, or focal-length use does not justify 5 lenses, or build individual focal lengths when an existing PL package has only a few specific gaps.
