DJI Avata 360 (DJI RC 2)
Category: Drones
The DJI Avata 360 (DJI RC 2) is the radio-controller version of DJI's Avata 360 FPV drone: the aircraft paired with the DJI RC 2 handheld controller instead of the motion controller or goggles bundle. It is the right pick if you already fly with DJI's standard remote-style controller and want to keep that workflow.
This is a 360-class drone in DJI's FPV line, sized as an over-250 g aircraft, so it falls under the Advanced operations rules in Canadian airspace (Transport Canada). Plan for licensed-pilot operation rather than recreational-only flying.
Key features
- DJI Avata 360 aircraft with the DJI RC 2 handheld controller.
- FPV-style flying with 360-class capture.
- Over 250 g: counts as an Advanced-operations drone in Canada.
