Category: Battery Plate

The Aputure 2-Bay Battery Power Station accepts two V-mount batteries and runs the Nova P300c and Amaran COB-series LEDs off battery power. It's the way to take a Nova or Amaran on location without dragging mains cable, and the two bays give you a hot-swap path so the light doesn't drop when one battery runs out.

Key features

  • Powers Aputure Nova P300c and Amaran COB LEDs from V-mount batteries
  • Two battery bays for runtime and hot-swap
  • For location work where mains power isn't practical

Emily ★★★★★

Running my Nova P300c for over an hour on two V-mounts is a game-changer for outdoor shoots, and the plate itself feels solidly built. The only small thing is remembering to check the battery levels, but that's on me.

Henry ★★★★★

Slapped two V-mounts on this thing and ran my Nova for a full evening shoot without touching a wall outlet. The dual-bay setup feels solid and the hot-swap capability means I never had to cut the light mid-take.

Emily L. ★★★★★

Didn't expect to get this much runtime out of a single pair of V-mounts, but it happily pushed my COB light through a full afternoon shoot. The dual-bay plate locks the batteries in tight too, no wobble when I'm repositioning the stand.
