I was tired of carrying a separate charger for my monitor batteries, so this NP-F550 with a built-in USB-C port is exactly what I needed. It charges reliably from my laptop power bank, and the battery life matches my older standard ones.

The USB-C port on the back is a lifesaver—I just plug it into my phone charger instead of hunting for a dedicated battery charger. My Atomos monitor works flawlessly, and it's nice knowing I can top it off anywhere with the same cable I use for everything else.

Charging these straight from a power bank on location has been a game changer for my monitor rig. The built-in USB-C port means I ditched the bulky wall charger completely, and one less thing to pack is always welcome. They hold a solid charge through a full shoot day too.
